  These days we don't seem to be able to survive without e-mail, and we all know that dreaded feeling of returning to the office after a few days on the road to find an inbox full to bursting point. With mobile PhoneTools, this becomes a thing of the past; wherever you may be you can check your mails in a matter of minutes. It's the ultimate time-optimiser - you make the most of any free time you have between meetings or waiting for planes, and no longer spend a day catching up with mails in the office.

To check your mail simply connect your Axen GPRS Air Card to your laptop, click e-mail button of right panel or select ‘reception: reception e-mail' in the drop-down menu and all your new mails pop up in your inbox ready to be read and dealt with as needed.

When sending e-mails (using the same intuitive interface as for sending SMS), you can:

- Attach several documents
- Define their priority
- Insert your chosen signature
- And select the send time
- mobile PhoneTools allows you to create any number of signatures and gives you the choice of inserting your chosen one automatically or manually.

My colleagues quite often make the most of me having e-mail when I travel. Instead of having to wait until I get back to the office to show me the product presentations or proposals they prepare for our clients, they send me them whenever they're ready for me to have a look and I return the files with my comments. Like I say, this maximises my use of time and also makes them more efficient as they're not kept waiting for a reply and can get back to clients all the more quickly.
